Shipping
Factory-direct shipping from China is the proposed model. The supplier, destination countries, dispatch time, tracked delivery range, total shipping price and customs/VAT treatment have not been verified. They will be published before checkout opens.
Returns & withdrawal
No orders can be placed here. Before launch, Lumara must publish the seller identity, withdrawal procedure, applicable return period, return address, who pays return carriage and the process for defects and refunds. EU statutory rights will not be replaced by a supplier’s policy. The final online withdrawal process also needs to meet the rules applicable at launch.
Preview privacy
This preview has no email form, payment collection, advertising pixel or customer database. The preview bag is held in page memory and resets on reload. Your chosen colour theme is saved in local storage on this device, and can be changed with the colour controls. The hosting provider may process authentication and technical access logs under its own terms. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives the usual connection data. Before commerce launches, a complete seller privacy notice must identify processors, retention periods and how customer addresses are transferred to the fulfillment partner.
